Using Children's Services Mapping (CSM) for service improvement

Overview

In this workshop, the range of data that is collected in the Children’s Services Mapping annual exercise will be shared and the current outputs will be demonstrated, giving an opportunity for discussion of the uses to which the mapping tools can be put. The further development of targeted outputs will be explored focusing on outputs that would support the effective commissioning of children’s services and service improvement.

At the end of the workshop delegates wil know about the range of information and tools available on the CSM website that support service improvement.
