An updated version is now available to use or download (updated February 2010)
The Tools and Data Directory aims to improve access to and understanding of the wide range of tools and datasets currently available. It provides a brief description of the tools/datasets and explains how they can be accessed, linking directly to the relevant websites. More tools and datasets will continue to be added.
The tools have been organised into the categories identified in the government Child Health Strategy: Pregnancy and early years; School-age children; Young people; Services for children with acute of additional health needs.
The Directory is still under development. The next stage of development will offer a searchable Directory signposting the relevant tools/datasets that provide answers to key headline questions you may want answering. In order to develop this ChiMat will be carrying out a series of consultations with key stakeholders.
