BASPCAN - British Association for the Study and Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect
BASPCAN is primarily a membership association for professionals and volunteers working in the field of child protection who can demonstrate active participation or interest in the aims of the Association. It is the only multi-disciplinary association of its kind in the UK, bringing together personnel from all agencies who work in the field with children in need, and with those who are abused and neglected.

Provides access to a range of safeguarding information resources. This safeguarding website was developed by Dr Ian Dunn, named GP, Erewash Derbyshire County PCT, with support from a sub-committee of the designated and named safeguarding professionals group for Derby City and the County of Derbyshire.

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation
The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is a child protection charity committed to reducing the risk of children being sexually abused. LFF’s staff work with adult male and female sexual abusers; young people with inappropriate sexual behaviours; victims of abuse and other family members. LFF engages with offenders in particular and provides a unique set of services aimed specifically at internet offenders and their families. Support is available to help offenders' partners gain an understanding of the issues and offers ways to protect children. The foundation provides training for a variety of groups and individuals including: faith communities, fostering & adoption, judges, magistrates, lawyers, NGOs, police, prisons, probation, residential workers, schools, social services, survivor groups, youth offending teams.
