Registration for Self Assessment Tools
The Self Assessment Tools are available for use by those working in NHS or local government organisations. Automatic registration of an organisation is only available to recognised NHS (.nhs.uk) and Government (.gov.uk) organisations using their institutional email address. If you wish to register without using a .nhs.uk or .gov.uk email address, you will be required to contact information@chimat.org.uk giving your name, email address, organisation and details of why you and your organisation wishes to access the system.

This site works optimally with Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer v6 or above or Netscape v7.0. We cannot guarantee the correct appearance of the site with other browser systems. This website is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024x768 or more in high colour. Some pages on this website use javascript. You must have a Javascript enabled browser for these pages to function correctly.
