Description:
The Children, Schools and Families Bill has been received Royal Assent. It contains provisions about: effective information sharing in LSCBs; strengthened the evaluation of Serious Case Reviews; and greater media reporting of family court proceedings. However provisions to make sex and relationship education compulsory and to register and monitor home education have been dropped.
