Description: A toolkit of resource materials, facilitators notes and session plans to support multi agency teams to manage change and improve performance through integrated working. It can be used as a faciliated programme of activites. It follows a modular workshop design, containing a series of development activities interspersed with taught content. Who the product is for: The product is for all those involved in the planning and delivery of services through Sure Start Children’s Centres including Children’s Trusts, PCTs, partners and key stakeholders, commissioners, children’s centre managers, parents and advisory groups.
