ChiMat user survey results

We recently carried out a user survey to find out how you are using the ChiMat website and how we can improve access to the information and evidence you need to do your work.

We received 183 responses and thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.

You told us that ChiMat is helping you keep up to date; saving you time looking for information; and helping you work more effectively. Some stated that ChiMat has provided evidence to support investment decisions.

We also asked questions around how ChiMat helps you identify opportunities for service improvement; assess and prioritise the needs of your population; monitor and report performance against indicators; and improve cost-effectiveness of services.

We received very useful information about the functionality and usability of our website and tools as well as the regular ChiMat Knowledge Update eBulletin.
