Everybody’s Business - learning and training

Everybody's business is a set of free trainers' packages and e-learning materials about the mental health of children and young people. It is aimed at people who work with children, young people and their families who are not mental health professionals.

These resources have been developed by the National CAMHS Support Service (NCSS) working with experienced CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) trainers from around the country. Find out how to join the National CAMHS training forum.

Each trainers' package is a manual for trainers and facilitators delivering face-to-face courses.

Includes trainers' notes, powerpoint presentations, participant handouts and training activities.

Three training packages are available:

  • Understanding Mental Health
  • Mental Health Promotion
  • Perinatal and Infant Mental Health

The trainers' package works best if it is delivered by people with relevant knowledge, for example, CAMHS Trainers, CAMHS Primary Mental Health Workers (PMHWs).
