Reducing unintentional injuries in children and young people
Public Health England (PHE) has produced two reports to help reduce unintentional injuries in children and young people. Each document sets out three action areas for local authorities and their partners and describes four steps local partnerships can take to build robust injury prevention strategies. The documents explain where to find key data about unintentional injuries and provide links to case studies and useful resources. A separate report showing data about unintentional injuries in your local area accompanies each document. A set of slides showing the analysis of the data used to identify key issues raised in the reports is also provided.
